A VISIT TO A POLICE STATION
On Wednesday,
December 28th, students of our School visited the local police station as part
of their educational visits. The students were accompanied by their teacher.
Upon arriving at the police station, the students were greeted by the Police
Inspector who gave them a brief overview of the role of the police in the
community. The students were then taken on a tour of the station, where they
saw the different departments and learned about the various functions of the
police force.
They were also given a demonstration of the police officers' equipment, including their guns, tasers, and bulletproof vests.
After the tour, the students had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in a Q&A session with the officers. They were given valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of the police and the challenges that officers face in serving and protecting the community.
Overall, the school visit to the police station was a valuable and educational experience for the students. It provided them with a deeper understanding of the role of the police in the community and gave them an appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the officers. The students left the station with a renewed sense of respect and gratitude for the police and their efforts to keep the community safe.
